Condom Packages, opaque or transparent?

WHO specifies that individual packages must be opaque and not transparent. The package should be hermetically sealed and impermeable to oxygen, ozone, water, vapor, ultraviolet light and visible light. Do not use transparent packaging to show the color of the condoms, as this type of material is unsuitable for the protection of the condoms in many environments.
